Customs, Taxes & Duties

When you ship to an address outside the United States, your home country is probably going to assess some import fees. You are responsible for paying these fees. We are unable to estimate these fees for you as they vary by country.

If you elect not to pay the import fees in most cases the delivery will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for any refund. If the order is returned to us in its original condition we will provide a refund, minus shipping & fees.

If you have a FedEx account, we can arrange for the fees to be charged to your account (if you selected FedEx as the shipping method). Please let us know as soon as you place the order what your FedEx account number is.

Visiting the United States?

If you are traveling to the US we can ship your order to your hotel, an FBO, a Service Center, etc.

Enter the address you want the order sent to and include any special instructions that are needed to ensure it reaches you. Please include a phone number where you can be reached when you are traveling in case we have questions before we ship your order.
